Aromatherapy Inhalers: An Effective Way to Use Essential Oils for Allergies, Stress and for Travel Protection

During this class we will talk about how inhaling the aromas of different oils might be used effectively to help us during allergy season, times of stress and how they can help to keep us healthy when we travel.

Our focus will be on Aromatherapy inhalers: These cute little inhalers are about the size of a lipstick and can be easily carried in pockets or handbags. They are family friendly, TSA friendly, small, portable and are easy to make and use. (Once you learn how to make them, you'll love them so much your greatest issue with them will be remembering to take them out of pockets before putting clothes in the laundry!)

During this class we will:

  • Talk about how we can use essential oils to support respiratory health and how we can use them to help with congestion and inflammation during allergy season.
  • Talk about how we can use essential oils to support and boost our immunity and during times of stress and the best way to do this when traveling on public transportation. (Hint: Aromatherapy Inhalers!)
  • Learn how to safely use the essential oils for this class.
  • Make and take home 3 different Aromatherapy inhalers.

This class is suitable for both beginners and those knowledgeable in using essential oils.
